They dented my dishwasher while installing it. He said that he would fix it. Never did. My dishwasher didnt come with a moulding on the outside so he said that he would get me one that matched my cabinets. Never did. He said he painted 2 coats. Base color came through. Guessing never did 2 coats. He said that he would patch all the tiny holes before painting. Never did. He said that he left an opening big enough for a regular sized refrigerator since mine was very small when they installed the kitchen. I had to get a belt sander to sand down the moulding he put in to get refrigerator to fit. The trim installed wasnt straight. He moved the cabinets beside the stove to get a nicer look but didnt take into consideration the electrical outlet on the side of the stove. It became unusable since the back of the stove was now in front of the outlet. Had to buy a flat-top stove which is about twice as much as a regular stove in order to use the electrical outlet.
