Had service & cleaning scheduled for between 11 & 1:00 PM today 4/18/2018. Company called and wanted to reschedule for a week out. My wife scheduled off to be home. Service company said they would come on out. Service man arrived, and in 28 minutes he said he was finished cleaning the inside & outside systems. I reviewed my video of the outside of the house and the service man never did anything to my outside unit. I called and spoke with the manager and the service man again, the service man stated just take your F ***ing business somewhere else. I advised the manager and he said he doubted the service man would say such a thing. My feeling is that this company is scamming people.
