Thank you all at Angle Homes that made our dream come true! We love our new home! A special shout out to Scott who was extremely accommodating and super chill when it came to putting our new home together and to Helen who was very gracious and kind to us. Nick has been awesome to work with as well. He is very professional and personable. These people made it truly enjoyable to work with Angle Homes.

Would not recommend! Buyer beware! Bought an Angle home in Golden Valley AZ nightmare from the start. We bought this home because of the size of lot and as the builder’s marketing page a block wall. After we bought lot Angle informed us it wasn’t a wall but chain link fence that it was an marketing error. False advertising. As per Todd R the construction manager the first 6 houses were an “experiment” yes they were. All of the houses have issues. Cracks in ceiling in front room, dining room and garage had to be fixed. Cracks in concrete in driveway and patio they say they won’t fix. Kitchen cabinet had crack in it was told it would be fixed waited 10 months should of been replaced the master bathroom shower had a crack and hole in it took pictures and showed superintendent Shawn T way before house was done framing should of be replaced then but he said it would be fixed and we would never know it was there now been fixed 2 times and because of improper installation it will be replaced meaning tearing it out and replacing it with a 3 piece which we don’t want. The back yard flooded horribly when rained and Todd R construction manager said we altered the grade by putting in landscaping. All the houses in this division flood and in some yards they have no landscaping and still flooded. This company gets your money then does nothing but pass the buck. Poor workmanship and worst customer service. We paid cash for a new home fixer upper.
