ANJ Builders is a disaster.
The owner/operator is a complete buffoon; he told us he knew how to properly install zinc strips on our roof and we now have rain water spilling in and soaking through the ceiling. We have to replace our ENTIRE ROOF for $20,000!
The guy hires college kids under the table to work for him, then leaves them unattended on the job site. Some kid with a power washer blew paint off my clapboards, stain off my shingles, and left several stream carved on my deck.
The entire time the guy was here he was smoking a vaporizer pen. Like FEVERISHLY. My wife was concerned because she was watching the outdoor cameras and he just hitting that vaporizer like it just bought him a new car.
Overall, avoid this company. Unprofessional, poor communications, and the fact that we now have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to fix his errors is nauseating.
