Fired Novak from our 203k project where he committed consumer fraud, negligence and breach of contract (Novak interprets clauses in the contract to mean whatever is most advantageous to him as opposed to what is actually written). Took him to arbitration and won. Now he refuses to pay the award granted from the arbitration. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By Beverly G.March 15, 2018203k renovation on new home$54,000Read more
Never hire this guy or allow a general contractor to hire him he is verbally attacking us because he removed the meter to a studio apt in our new home without authorization and then he signed a paper to replace it at no cost to us and that he would take it up with the gc that hired him. Well our home renovation is a 203k now this crazy person thinks we personally get the funds to pass on to whoever does a job on the house which is far from true! The bank controls all the funds and ANPE NOVACK VASILIC the general contractor who we were forced to overpay for work he did not complet nor do in an acceptable manor based on HUD inspecting his work he dud $5000 worth of actual work but with a 203k we cannot move on until we settle with the fraudulent contractors so was paid $21k then $15k
Just an FYI DO NOT EVER HIRE
Wilson Pro Electric (owner Wilson G. Parelta)
OR
NOVACK VASILIC DBA ANPE CONTRACTING
ANPE was paid over $40,000 for a 203k renovation loan we have had the horror of experiencing for almost 6 months! He basically held our home hostage, did whatever he wanted and left 60% of what he was paid for UNDONE!
He had his SUBCONTRACTOR WILSON PRO ELECTRIC REMOVE the meter for the studio apt at our new yet to be lived in home.
Mr Parelta then agreed to install the meter and signed a letter we drew up stating he is doing this on his own and will deal with his BOSS NOVACK VASILIC in regards for payment.
We had at this point fired ANPE, we have not been able to continue work on our house we are paying mortgage on either and 6 months is 3/28/18. Thats the usual contract limit for a 203k renovation loan!
I cannot find either place online but just in case you google their names i am making this info PUBLIC!
This man is threatening us and being extremely abusive and there are times i am alone at this house and most often my husband is there alone and with the things this crazy person is texting us i just don’t know what he could be capable of!
We are going to the police dept in Hamburg NJ tomorrow and i have contacted ANPE and our mortgage company.
With a 203k the homeowner NEVER has access to the funds whatsoever! There is no way we discussed verbally taking care of this crazy man when ANPE was paid for this job which we were forced to sign off on or not be able to move on. We have had zero work done for over 3 months! Supposedly you cannot go more than 30 days without work being done!
This is the last thing we need

Looking forward to seeing how he works out. I know his previous reviews aren't to great but sometimes thing happen. I was in a time crunch and the other 203k contractors I got estimates from weren't as professional and I didn't like their vibes. Novak seems like a nice knowledgeable and hardworking guy. Risky going off that but his last review was good. Leaving 4 stars in the beginning and I'll follow up with a final review. Doing a multi fam rehab. Estimated time of completion 6 months.
