I submitted a claim from damage caused by installation to AT&T. This was referred to ANSCO. One of their field people agreed it was their fault and was "working" with his supervisor. I filed a claim through AT&T. ANSCO has been non-responsive in providing me reimbursement for a substantial repair. This has been going on for 2 months. Between their central claims center and the local one, I am feel like I am getting the run around. I would never recommend this company.
