Have been round and round with these people for my mother’s air unit. 2 months ago they replaced it through a home warranty and it is frozen with ice around it right now and not running. Called and they responded with “Sorry we don’t service Lexington anymore”
The person who installed it initially was a trainee and here for over 12 hours into the night around 11pm because he didn’t know what he was doing. They ignore phone calls and have a horrible rude woman who answers the phone for them. Obviously this company has no integrity to come and fix their mistake. BBB will be contacted along with an attorney and the news channel to make others aware of this scam. -
By Angel B.February 3, 2017Replace unit inside and out$2501 day
Awful experience with this company, we had to file a claim with our homeowners insurance because our unit wasnt working properly, one of them come out on friday and told us our unit out back and the return in the house all needed replaced, and we have three children at home ages 1, 3, & 4, so the following morning we awoke to find we had no heat on the first floor or in basement at all, we called the insurance company and were told to use our emergency heat and that they would be in contact with searcy, we called searcy as well for days and got no returned calls or anything, finally 6 days later and (I am sure a high dollar bill because we were still using emergency heat) and numerious calls to the insurance company, searcy showed up today and are installing the new unit, upon arrival the guy was somewhat rude and with attitude and when I ask him if the unit they were installing was the same size as the one they were removing he just shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know or didn't care to answer me, I would not recommend this company to anyone, it we wouldn't have had to start over with another claim we would have never allowed them to even come in and install the unit. Very unprofessional company. They are definitely in no hurry to do the work and if you have small children and need heat right away, I strongly advise you contact someone else.

By Allen F.July 18, 2016AC repair, simple condenser fan motor issue$100
Do not let these clowns near your home. Cigarette bits in my driveway and they tore my AC up worse than what it was. My home warranty had to reassign my claim and get a legitimate company in to fix what Travis tore up. Steer clear of Searcy!

By Christy R.May 9, 2016Fix air conditioning$5028 days
My home warranty company assigned me to this provider. I have been without air conditioning for over a month and he still hasn't picked up the part to fix the AC. We made an appointment for 11 AM so I took off work to meet with him. When I called him at 11:15, he informed me he was going to pick up the part and it would be 1 o'clock before he could get to my home. In our previous conversation, I had told him I would have to be back to work by 1. Therefore, it has been over a month and I still have no air conditioning.

Our air conditioning system quit and Searcy was called. We called at 9 am and was told a technician would be out to see what was wrong. The capacitor was bad. A quick trip to get the part and our AC was chilling our house by 3:00 and we think a great deal of this HVAC Company. We recommend Anthony Searcy for HVAC repairs!
