    Fiore Construction is an absolute disaster of a company that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. From the very start, their design process was riddled with incompetence. They somehow managed to design an entire house without considering the basic logistics of running ductwork. The result? Endless delays and costly rework.

    Their sheer lack of foresight doesn’t end there. When they finally got around to installing the refrigerator, we discovered that the doors couldn’t even open properly—a fundamental oversight that speaks volumes about their attention to detail, or lack thereof. This project dragged on for three long years—an entire year longer than other builders in the area who began projects the same month.

    But here’s the real kicker: after three years of frustration and missed deadlines, they waited until after we signed the Certificate of Occupancy to inform us that they had supposedly incurred $90,000 in overages. These “overages” had apparently happened two years prior, but they conveniently withheld this information until the ink was dry. Even worse, they had already signed documents with the bank stating that no additional funds were needed. This is not just negligence—it’s deception.

    Fiore Construction’s business practices are utterly unscrupulous, and in my opinion, they are circling the drain financially. They’ve failed to adapt to the post-COVID environment, and based on my experience, this group will not honor any warranties. You’ll likely end up where we are: hiring legal counsel just to make things right.

    In the most sincere way possible, I urge you to steer clear of this band of gypsies posing as builders. This company will not be in business for long, and any engagement with them will likely lead to disappointment, frustration, and unnecessary legal battles. Buyer beware.

    It has been nearly 3 years to NOT completed. I have never been treated with such abhorrent
    behavior as from this outfit. The lies, disrespect, horrible construction, (i have many pictures), UNSKILLED laborers, you name it! They demanded " pay up"
    the astronomical added expense, or "we walk off the job". I felt like they were holding a gun to my head. Many serious problems with this outfit. I was told that some of these are just "warrantee issues" and after I was issued a CO they would be taken care of. Just another whopper of a lie from holyman Tony Fiore. I had to sell my home for a loss because we could not take the stress of dealing with him any longer. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY. Truly despicable liars and theives!
