The short version of my experience is that Anthony came to point the back wall of my home and didn't point the bricks that are under the deck. When I asked him about it, he said they usually don't point those bricks because they are protected by the deck, but that he would come back the next week and do it. This was August 5, 2021.
He never showed up the next week, so I waited 11 days and texted him again on August 16, 2021. That was a Monday and he said he would try for that Friday. Friday at 5:40pm he still hadn't shown up, so I texted and got no reply.
I waited three days and then texted again on August 23, 2021 and he said he would try.August 30, 2021, he still hadn't come back and did not text me back, so I texted again with no reply. I texted again the next day and he said "If it's not raining." Then he started making excuses about how he didn't see under the deck when he gave me an estimate.
I waited until September 10,2021 to text again because he still had not come and had not texted me at all. I got no reply, so I waited until September 14, 2021 and texted again. Still no reply, so I texted again on September 16, 2021 and got the reply "yes, sorry, I'll get there". I waited until September 22, 2021 and texted again with no reply.On September 25, 2021 I asked "Could you please put me in your schedule and give me a date that you are going to come?" No reply. I texted the same question on September 27th, 28th and 29th. No reply. Then he laughed at one of his responses from before that had said "sorry, I'll get there". I asked "When?" and finally he replied "the 8th". He did not show up on October 8th. I am writing this review on October 9, 2021.
I believe I would have been treated better if I were a man.
The part of my wall that they did brick-point looks ok, but I can tell they got sloppy at the bottom of the house. They didn't clean up very well either. There was a lot of debris left on my deck and they left trash in my yard from food they were eating on the job.
