Mr. Wise contacted to trim a tree. After signing a contract, he promised to come back next day. He never came back. I contacted him several times to inquire when he would be back, he always had some lame promise but still never came. I filed a compliance complaint with the Commonwealth of Pa and the Better Business Bureau. Due to police intervention, I received a complete refund.

Contracted to take down a tree for a low price. Only took down 1/3 of the tree. He kept making excuses for over a year. I filed a law suit but I changed my mind. I sent this text to him.

"I dropped the file from claims court. I can not do onto others as they do onto me. I am a Christian unlike you. I may have lost a good friend because of my decision. I still expect you to make good for breaking the contract we had. You know my address send me a check $375.00. You will never hear from me again once I receive it".

Mr Wise removed 2 huge Pin Oak trees from my front lawn. This was real challenge considering I live in an old neighborhood with very little room. He and his crew were professional and kept everything clean. He's passionate and knowledgeable about his work.
