We recently bought a home that Antica had bought in foreclosure and renovated. The house passed the inspector's test, but after we moved in we discovered that everything installed was incredibly poorly done and cheap. They wanted to save a couple hundred dollars on the AC unit, and it will cost thousands of dollars to replace. Now we can't cool our house below 85 degrees, and we have one year old twins sweltering inside. The sink in the kitchen was apparently improperly installed, and leaked into the cabinet below which ruined the wood. The engineered wood in the living room has already started bending and popping off the floor. All the doors leading outside are improperly sealed and let bugs in and cool air out. These are just a few of the problems we have had with the house. Do NOT hire this company, they are cheap and lazy with their builds.
