My experience with this company was a huge disappointment, in addition to being a disappointment, in turned out to be a very costly mistake. On October 21,2022, the contractor received $10,000 as a deposit for an expansion project for my business. The project started off ok, the first week the wall that joined two spaces was demolished as planned and according to schedule. After demolition, we did not see another contractor for several weeks. The contractor informed me that her plumber ran off with money she had given him from my deposit, but assured me that she would take care of it. One week before the projects scheduled completion date, they were just starting the door installation, which required the removal of existing garage door, laying bricks and installing 2 steel double. 1 week after the bricks had been laid , the bricks began to bulge. I wish I could show pictures, this was the sloppiest masonry job I've ever seen. The bricks were not cut to the correct size, they stuffed opens with grout and foam to make up the difference. From the inside, you can see the sunlight beaming in through the spaces between brick. The frame is too small. The threshold is too high causing a tripping hazard. The brand new door is cracked from the contractor screwing the lock too tight. If this isn't enough, the bottom lock doesn't even lock! This a commercial property, not residential. This has left my business vulnerable to say the least. When I brought these issues to LaLa's attention, She refused to fix the problem, assured me that's how the bricks are supposed to look. She offered to smear a layer of concrete over the bulge to make it flush. When I declined that solution she told me she's completely done with my project, because I insulted her work. She's refusing to return money that the plumber stole and for the electrician that never showed up. The project was scheduled to be completed on Dec. 2,2022 and It's no where near completed. Currently, I have to find a certified masonry to fix the bulging bricks so the entire structure won't collapse. This has turned into a real nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
