  I called Any Moment Plumbing,Austin Came in to my building and looked around. The trenches was already duged up by the previous plumbers, and a 4” pipes was already layed also with a couple of mistakes that needs to be corrected.
  He told me he will go home and call around and will call me with an estimate. A day or two after that he sent down his master Plumer who’s retired right now, and who also did Laundromat plumbing before.he called me that night and told me he will do the job for $21,000 dollars. And that includes everything including gas lines. After bargaining he lowered the estimate to $20,000 dollars if I pay cash . I said ok no problem. I paid him $10,000 dollars deposit cash.and he ordered a dumpster on that same day $15 a day on me for 30 days.the whole month have past and few weeks after that have passed and he didn’t even start the job.Every time I call him or text him he will reply to me AM BUSY . And finally the showed up. They removed all the 4” pipes and replaced them with 3” on the restaurant side, and removed the 6” from the laundry side and replaced the with 4”.when they finished laying the pipes he ordered gravel which I paid for and covered the pipes. After that he asked me for the second portion of the payment, he said give me $5000 or you know what make it $8000, I said no problem Austin. I ran to the bank immediately, and gave him the money, I said ok where is my receipt for this payment? He said I will go to my office and print it out for you. And tree or four days after that he called me and asked me to give him $2500 dollars so he can pay his employees. I said no problem, I trusted him. Now he has received $20500 dollars from me. And after I paid him the money he’s been refusing to give me my receipts They started a sloppy work with the concrete with less than 2” thickness. I told no that is not except that, the floor is 4” thick and I have big washers and that’s not strong enough. So I ordered a concrete truck and did the job and paid for myself.after that it took me couple months to do some work inside the building,and when l called him to come back and finish his work he’s been making excuses and refusing to come back for months, I hired an attorney after the Attorny wrote him a smack letter, he came back but he refused to do the gas lines which was part of the agreement. He said I am not mechanical contractor I don’t do gas lines but if you want me to do them you got to pay me $5000 dollars so I can pay my property tax. Not only that ! He also refused to buy the water line pipes he said we agreed to do 11/2” and you want me to do 2” . He said you gotta pay the difference. I said if the agreement is 11/2 “ no problem. But that was not true they what kind of plumbing is required for Laundromats. Not only that he said you gotta pay the whole thing. Because I was so desperate and I want to open my business ASAP I said no problem you got that. And now
  I call him to come back and finish his work he will tell me we’ll be there on such and such day , but he never shows up. Until this day June 24,2020 my plumbing is not finished yet. Because he keeps refusing to come in and finish his work.Now it’s time for justice. It’s court time. If anyone wants to see what kind of work he does? He is apprentice. His master plumber retired the end of last year . He was good Plumer and great guy.
  Austin also moved to Florida and started his plumbing business down there.
