A friend from out of state that was visiting me originally contacted this company for an estimate. I ended up going with this company and when Jeromy came to my home to finalize the contract to start the process, I corrected the phone number to include my number and not my friend's. I also contacted Jeromy, via email ,to provide me with his number as I didn't have it as I had some questions. He did not return my email and since that time I've left vm messages for the company on at approximately 6 occasions without a call back. When (I guess) the job was done, they contacted my out of state friend with a vm regarding the final payment for the job but still have not contacted me, the one paying for the job. No call, final invoice and not even to see if I'm satisfied with the work during the process nor at the end of the job. Although the gentlemen that did the work were very kind and professional, I'm very disappointed at the lack of returning a call from a customer. I would not recommend this company as after weeks of the asphalt being laid, anyone that even slightly turns there wheel results in the asphalt showing ruts. Plus the fact that no one will return my call!
