DO NOT, I mean DO NOT hire Louis and Laura Aubrey of Eudora, Kansas. Do your research. They have been sued multiple times. The District Attorney launched a criminal complaint against him in Johnson County, Kansas under case number 18CR02038.
He has been sued MULTIPLE times and also sued in civil cases in Johnson County court under case number 18CV00208. You can find the victims information through all these lawsuits against him. He has ALSO been sued in Douglas County, Kansas by the State of Kansas under case # 19CV110. State vs Louis Aubrey. There is a current civil case against Louis Aubrey and Laura Aubrey under case # 2021-CV-00319 in Douglas County. He has also been sued in civil action in Johnson County Court House under case # 18CV00208.
Attached is his mug shot, publicly available on google, for being arrested for the above criminal case.
There is a long line of civil and criminal complaints against him and he is currently paying restitution in a Douglas County case from what we have discussed with the person the restitution is being awarded. There have been many Consumer Protection Claims against him for robbing people blind and devastating their homes. He is not a contractor but someone that will steal your money and NEVER show up again.
Before you hire him look up his reviews under google, search "Louis Aubrey Eudora KS" and you will find reviews of people where he has cheated so many of them. you can see it on here : https://www.buildzoom.com/contractor/anything-is-possible-contracting-inc
He changes company names and is now operating under KILL CREEK POST & BEAM . The company is registered under his wife Laura Aubreys name. Who does that ? who throws their wife under the bus for not doing honest work? Answer is Louis Aubrey. You can also verify this information from the Kansas Secretary of states website. He changes company names after he gets sued and start new company. We are taking him to Court and will ask the Court to stop this cheater, fraudster and liar from operating a company. We will not rest till justice is served for all.
Here is what one reviewer said about him “We took a mortgage out on our home to make our property safer and more enjoyable. Now we have nothing to show for it. We also have a child with Cystic Fibrosis, so getting another loan isn't possible due to expenses for ongoing medical care.” Imagine robbing people blind with kids who have medical conditions. Imagine loosing your hard earned money to this liar and fraudster. We will seek justice.
Here is what Deonne H. Said “Louis Aubry walked away from our job mid-construction. Not only did he not return any of the money that we had paid for labor or materials, we had to pay other contractors to redo a lot of the work that he did as it was not to specifications, and in several instances, was unsafe. We are having to sue for breech of contract as he will not even respond to our attempts to contact him.”
He did the same to us. He lied to us, took ALL our money. made excuses and NEVER showed up. Thank God for credit card protection, we got some of our money back from this cheater but not all of it and the damage he has done to our home is now being litigated in court.
We also have a full list of text message excuses from him. We are working with people on the list of many other victims of Louis Aubrey and Laura Aubrey from Eudora Kansas and they are all going to come and testify against him. If you want to know more, email me at [email protected] and we will share everything with you. He is a crook and a liar. Do your research before you hire him.
Once you pay him, he will NEVER finish your project and make excuses after excuses. We are currently suing him. If you have any experience with Louis Aubrey or Laura Aubrey taking your money and NOT returning your calls or NOT finishing your jobs or doing the most crappy work that seems like it was learned after watching a YOUTUBE Video please call email at [email protected] and share your experience. We are going to bring this fraudster to justice and we cant wait to stop him. If you are a victim of Laura Aubrey and Louis Aubrey reach out to us today please. We want to hear from you.
Bring this fraudster to justice. Bring this liar to the Court of Law and Bring him to be accountable to the many families he has deceived, lied too and cheated from. We are ready for you Louis Aubrey. The many people you have cheated wont allow you to continue cheating others.

By JessFebruary 11, 2018Rebuild detached garage, replace deck, remove trees$40,000
As with others here, after he got a good chunk of money from us he quit showing up. He left our property a disaster (torn up deck, pieces left were they were thrown) and a 1/2 finished garage that is not well built. He took on our project at the end of October.
We took a mortgage out on our home to make our property safer and more enjoyable. Now we have nothing to show for it. We also have a child with Cystic Fibrosis, so getting another loan isn't possible due to expenses for ongoing medical care.

We hired Louis on the last day of August with the hope that we would be able to have a relatively simple basement project finished by Thanksgiving. He said it might be pushing it, but that it should be possible. We paid him the initial amount which was basically 1/2 the total estimate. He had guys out working hard the next week and I complimented him on his team as they were personable and seemed to be doing a good job. We got to the Dry Wall stage and got about 1/2 way through that stage when I was called by Laura requesting the 2nd payment. Thinking they were doing a good job and confident that this would continue we paid our 2nd payment. We have not really had much of anything done since then. Louis and a couple of his workers have come out for some token issues, but he has said that the dry wall crew is unavailable. My wife and I had a long talk with him and he reassured us that he would see the project through to the end. Unfortunately, he has now stopped returning texts and I am very concerned that we have been strung along to a point where the project will not be completed. This is unacceptable.

Hired Louis in July for basement finish. Estimated 40 days and it’s been over 100 working days so far and we just finished the drywall phase with window casing and floor boards not even completed yet. We have paid him $47,000 with only $1800 left to go and we just basically completed the drywall and muddling phase. After he receives payment, we have noticed very long delays in progress and communication. Nothing but multiple delays and excuses for not being on site. We have had drywall sub contractors and an architect reach out to us as they said they have not received payment from Louis. I do not know if they both have been paid yet.
We shared concerns of financial issues for lack of progress, decline in workers, poor reviews on this site, and so we have made 3 requests on the day of 12-8-17 for a list of materials purchased or not purchased for our job and Louis and Laura have ignored those requests. They are not required to but it’s our feeling, based on everything I stated above that our money is gone or tied up in another project that is not ours.
I have addressed these poor reviews with Louis and he did not take ownership for most of the poor reviews. We were assured that we were a priority before we gave him the 2nd to final payment but here we are at another delay after we have paid him.
We regret hiring this contractor and have serious concerns of where our money has gone.

In July, we hired Louis to finish our basement. We are still an existing customer. Please feel free to call us at 314-814-5868 and we would be more than happy to share our customer service experience and show pictures of the work that has been done so far.

I had my bathroom remodeled with a new vanity and I had my floor replaced. They were very courteous and the work was completed quickly. Louis, the owner, was very professional. I am very satisfied with the service and quality work. I would highly recommend this company.

Anything Is Possible completed several projects for me. They were clean, timely, and professional. They even took extra steps to resolve an unrelated issue they found in my attic at no extra charge. I highly recommend them!

These folks were honestly easy to work with. Louis, the owner, was attentive and asked questions I hadn't though of. He walked me through the process until I felt comfortable with all the details. He stayed in communication with me as the work was being completed so I knew what was going on the whole time. I'm very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone. Great Guys!

Anything is possible did a great job on the work proformed in our home. They took a little longer then I feel they should have, but in the end the owner(Louis) did a quality check and tweaked whatever we were not happy with until we are 100 % satisfied.

Agree with the rest of the reviewers, Louis left siding hanging off my house and there is still a piece that is completely missing. He has stopped returning my calls after promising this would be taken care of six months ago. What a deadbeat scumbag.

The unprofessionalism of this business is mind boggling. Louis tells you that something will happen and nothing does. How this man has his own business is ridiculous. Do not use this contractor!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in this area. The amount of things done compared to not is ridiculous. The guy barely knows the codes he is “licensed” for. I’m not surprised they don’t rank in the top 50%

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I only clicked one star because I had to. Louis has multiple failed and incomplete jobs, and hasn't paid his crews for three consecutive weeks.

My job still is not finished to my satisfaction! And now I found out that Louis has not paid his employees for 3 weeks. I am very upset with this contractor.

DO NOT use this company or any of his other companies Kill Creek Post and Beam, or KC Pool Solutions LLC. There may be others I am not aware of. He has been sued in a criminal case: Case 2:22-cv-02343-JWB-GEB Where he scammed his own family. This company, him and his wife should not be trusted. He ruined our garage project and we lost the down payment.
