DO NOT USE AP FIBERGLASS POOLS & CONSULTING
My Experience has been devastating to my life and financial well-being. I have been under contract with Adam and Jenna Pawlak who own AP Fiberglass Pool and Consulting for 18 months and so far all I have is a $50,000 hole in the ground and many false start dates. The latest set date for the pool was 10/26 for sand and 10/27 for the pool shell, after the excavation had been completed for 4 weeks. The days came and went without any communication. Adam and Jenna will not initiate any communication, it takes me several attempts to get them on the phone or emails that give more excuses and delays.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!! -

We signed a contract in July 2021 for a new fiberglass pool to be installed at the latest on Sept 30, 2022. Project was still not complete in April 2023. We filed a claim against them in Feb 2023. They did not even attend the mediation hearing. We terminated the contract for breach in April 2023. Avoid!

Please check the Better Business Bureau and Yelp reviews and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for complaints. Our experiences with them have been nothing short of a nightmare. We signed in August of 2022. It's December of 2023 and we don't even have a permit yet. Also, be careful about their payment schedule and that they are within ARS statutes for pool payments. We were completely f*cked over by them because we did not know the law. We believe they broke the law based on ARS 32-1158.01.
