HORRIBLE does not begin to explain how I feel about this contractor. Prior complaining person lucky they did now show up. My house is not flooded due to their "fix" for my plumbing problem. I was referred also by my Home Owners Warranty HMS. I will be calling them also to complain. I would NEVER EVER EVER refer these clowns to anyone. They do more damage than fixing. ALSO, they flooded my garage by simply not re-attaching the hose from my washing machine to the pipe. That should have been plumbing 101. I feel like they are a bunch of idiots trying to make a dime at the expense of those they pretend to help!! If I could use less than one star, I would. Pam Back.

Your company was contacted by First American to come to my home and look at/fix plumbing issue. The first day (Tuesday) your company show up to my property but the technicians stated his equipment was broke. The next day somebody comes out and determines that he cannot fix issue, but needs a camera to see what is going on with plumbing problem. He implied that he would call my husband and they would have somebody some and look at the issue with a camera. NOBODY CALLED NOBODY SHOWED UP!! Horrific customer service! I have contacted First American to complain about AP Plumbing. And they assigned another Plummer. I certainly would not recommend your company to fix anything.

DO NOT USE COMPANY!!! As others have stated AP Plumbing LLC is used by home warranty companies so we get stuck using them. Their customer service is by far the worse I have ever had to be a part of. They don not return calls or respond to emails once they have decieded work is complete. They also like to charge extra for things that they don't even do (I have pictures to prove it)., and LIE about work that needs to be done. When i called and spoke to the owner to try to get this resolved he hung up on me. Also if they say they are pulling a permit call the city to make sure they really do...because in my case they never did but they charge you for it. Also show up with proper equipment so they had to reschedule the appointment which my tenant already took off work for. A very unprofessional company, I can't understand how they even are in bussiness, but I guess thats why these warranty companies use people like this because they are cheap and have no other work.
