Mike and Katie are great!
We had a leaky sunroom roof and couldn't find any roofers willing to work on it. Finally used BuildZoom and Apa Construction was one of the two bids we received. We went with Apa and are extremely pleased with their work. They were also just really easy and pleasant to work with. They initially told us they'd be done with the work in 4 days. Turned out to be 3. You rarely hear of contractors underpromising and overdelivering when it comes to timelines. The test of the quality of their work came during a huge rainstorm on 5/15/22. Pleased to report we did not find one single puddle in the sunroom!
