Giovanni @ APC doesn't even deserve 1 star.
My experience with him was awful. The work was shoddy, I have numerous areas where 1/8" gaps between boards have formed. His crew was messy, dust got into every nook and cranny everywhere due to half-assed placement of plastic film. My flat screen TV was damaged during demo, he reimbursed me for this at least. I will be hiring someone else to rip it out and redone by a professional, definitely not by this guy even if he offered to do it for free. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
UPDATE March 2019: With winter here, providing an update on my floors. The contraction of the planks is severe enough to show the underflooring. My GC said he skimped on the nails, why they cost nothing! Look at what he does for mitering, this guy is an absolute joke.
