    Great General Contractor

    We have worked very closely with Aperture Construction, LLC on several projects and they have always been a pleasure to work with. We feel that their prices always come back fair and well thought out.

    We are excited to be starting a custom ground up home with Aperture Construction. Thus far in the process they have been very successful in leading us through demolishing an existing structure to getting the site ready for footings.

    We look forward to doing much more work with Aperture in the future!!

    Stay Away From Aperture Construction

    I do NOT recommend Aperture Construction. I hired them to do the build out of my new business location. It was a disaster. There was little to no supervision. They hired bad workers and completely ignored my concerns throughout the construction. The work was very sloppy. The 30 day project ended up taking six months. Once I signed the contract, Josh disappeared and Bob "managed" the project. Well I found out later that Bob doesn't even live in Nashville. He lives two hours away. He would show up once every 1-2 weeks to check in and was a really disrespectful. They didn't pay their subcontractor and a mechanic's lien ended up being filed. I was almost evicted because of it and I had to hire a lawyer to deal with them. I am still paying legal fees because of them. I wish I could get back all of my time and money that they wasted.
