Not professional, Paul argued with me when I said I wanted permits pulled. I recieved 2 quotes, one to do the job with permits and one to do the job without permits. I specifically paid the deposit for the permitted job and they still tried to do the job without pulling permits. Julianne is 100 percent unresponsive. The 22ft x 12ft screened deck has taken over 5 months to build due to their negligence. Very rude to a paying customer. Finally got the structural permit approved only to find out they never pulled electrical permits. Now after 5 months, I will continue to wait longer. After expressing my concern to Paul about the time is was taking to get things done, he said welcome to construction. At the end of it all, this has been a very stressful time for my wife and I. They don't care about a paying customer because it is just a drop in the bucket to them. They also haven't paid the sub contractors and they have mentioned putting a lien on my house for payments not received.
