Look elsewhere!! Don't make the mistake we did for building or remodeling your dream home. Lacks planning, not detailed orientated, poor craftsmanship. To many problems to list. So disgusted.

My experience was the same as that of Paula H. Our kitchen and bathroom remodel took over 7 months. The owner failed to obtain a building permit until I pressed the issue 6 weeks after the work started. Every step was rushed, filled with short cuts, and then no work would be done for weeks at time. Construction debris and a Mountain Dew bottle was left in a corner behind the new kitchen cabinets and would have stayed for eternity had I not happened to look before the countertop was installed. The cabinets had to be removed when I insisted the mess get cleaned up. At that point the tile floor was poorly and incompletely installed and not grouted and so I also insisted he finish the floor before rushing ahead with the cabinets. Part of the rush was his lack of coordination with the countertop installers who came to the house twice only to find the cabinets were not ready. They finally came back a third time. There was an early delay with floor materials which could have been quickly cleared up with better communication. I finally went to the tile store to clarify the order and get it finalized. Another baffling shortcut was leaving existing baseboards running through new interior partition walls. That shortcut just created more difficulty installing the drywall. Another issue is the excessive lippage in the kitchen floor tile. I don’t think any attempt was made to level the floor. It also created a slope in the cabinets that the countertop installers had to deal with by shimming it and piling up a half-inch thick line of caulk on one end. In the bathroom, the tile shower surround goes up to the ceiling where grout was carelessly splattered. I asked that it be cleaned up and the “fix” was to swear caulk over the top tiles and ceiling. It now
looks worse. Likewise, The caulk between the tub and the floor tile looked like my 3 year old did the job. I discovered that carelessness when I pried up a piece of floor board footing that was inexplicably placed over it. I scraped away the caulk and re-did it. It now looks like a decent DIY job. I could keep going, so I will . . . One of the kitchen cabinets was installed upside down and needed to be re-installed. Every step simply lacked professionalism and craftsmanship and was often careless. The owner was always apologetic but it doesn’t change the process and result which is why I’m giving 1 star. He has some other good reviews and I hope he does a better job with other homeowners.
