The owner of Apex Construction in East Brunswick named Da Liu shown on his business card is not a responsible and reliable person. He finished two jobs at my home last year. We paid a lot of money on the materials and labors. We started to have some problems 6 months later, called him for repair, and he blamed on the materials that we bought and he never came to repair. We had to hire another Contractor to fix the problems for us.
The service quality he provided is not good - it is in lower level. He did not care about customer and wasted more materials on our job. We will never hire him again.
