APEX final product turned out nice, but we had to influence them extensively to meet original project commitment. Issues were related to finalizing small details thoroughly discussed in original plan, lacking full communication/instructions between sales/project manager and installation crew, and timeliness of execution versus original plan.
Had to get help of APEX head office to ensure we got everything agreed, had too much extra follow up.
We are planning on using someone else on next project.

We did not consider hiring any other company to renovate our pool and porch. Their level of expertise is unmatched! They laid pavers in our porch area and completely resurfaced and retiled our pool, as well as updating our pool filtration system to a salt water unit. The end result is better than we expected and we could not be happier with our experience! Thank you, Apex!
