Although I have not used them I did call them because many of my friends and acquaintances have used them and said they are excellent. However, being as good as they are they are extremely busy and frequently unable to answer calls and respond in short notice. Since I had water running down into the bathroom I needed someone right away so I called GreenPoint. Fortunately, GreenPoint had people in Estes park on another job and they sent Tyler over. He found the leak, repaired it and we have had no problems since.
Apex has called twice since and apologized for not being able to get to me sooner and stated they were happy I was able to use GreenPoint Roofing. They reiterated what a first class company GreenPoint was and said I couldn't have been in better hands. I would say that either company is definitely a 5-Star in terms of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
