We didn't have a good experience, We told the owner what we wanted and what we didn't want. Needless to say he did what he wanted plus cutting corners. Going into week no.# the concrete slab wasn't poured and the roof we wanted built over it is horrible my roof now leaks and it is an unsafe structure. He will not return the second check in full, considering we have no faith in him or his crew. There is too much to list here, plus we had to hire a new contractor who has to deconstruct and rebuild the patio cover and pour our slab. BEWARE, seems like a nice man and on the up and up but her isn't. He took us for 11,000.00 and it is costing us over 10,000. to hire someone else to do and fix what he was to do. If he was honorable he would return the last check in full to us. Very Poor workmanship.
