We signed a contract for what should have been an 8 day project (paver stones in the back yard, new fence, and retaining wall in front yard). It has now been over six months and our project is not even halfway complete. Our yard has been left in hazardous conditions (wood shards with nails sticking out, half broken concrete blocks, rusted saw blades, and a fence that did not close) not to mention trashbags, concrete dust, and leftover materials. I have four months of photos to prove that this wasn't something left behind accidentally and they were planning to remedy.
We reached out to Jose EVERY day for over two weeks and he hasn't replied once.
He had originally been recommended to us from a friend, but apparently the business has had a lot of turnover from the crew that had been on previously (if you're hoping previous reviews will be a reflection of the current status of the company, take that into consideration). If you want someone reliable, I would not advise working with this company.
