Appalachian Electric & Generator installed a Kohler generator for us last month. It was great working with Jason to come up with an optimum solution for our house. Today we had a 2 hour power failure and everything worked perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with his work.

Jason Buckner is professional, pleasant, honest and efficient. After spending time with us deciding what generator would best suit our circumstances the work was finished exactly when he said it would be and we've been very happy with our choice. We have a generator that is no longer in production and which had been giving us trouble for several years. The relay to the transfer switch was non-standard and no longer functioning. Company owner Jason Buckner spent 2 1/2 hours methodically going through the possible issues until he ascertained that the problem was the result of a faulty switch. He ordered a replacement part and had us up and running again within a week. His background in engineering proved to be a real asset and we would highly recommend his services.
