    I cannot recommend Appena Properties highly enough. Our project involved a complete kitchen demo, new full and half bath, and evolved to include new siding, gutters, and redone hardwood flooring. Caesar and Hellem were a pleasure to work with and treated our home as if it were their own. Their attention to detail, on time scheduling, and work ethic are on another level. The subs were just as dedicated and meticulous, and the job site was cleaned everyday. They delivered exactly as promised and went out of their way to make this project go as smoothly as possible, working late and on weekends to ensure that we were satisfied. They also established a good relationship with the town inspectors and this made a tremendous difference in making sure we could maintain our schedule. It is not very often that a contractor exceeds all expectations, and Appena Properties with Caesar and Hellem did just that.

    I would recommend Appena Properties to anyone looking for a general contractor. Ceasar and Hellem are amazing! They are fairly priced, honest and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They treat your home as if it was theirs! They were also a pleasure to work with, responsive and didn’t delay unless it was out if their control like inspections. I would hire them for all future projects as well! Even the sub-contractors that they work with are amazing like Thales (Thales Home Improvement) who was here pretty much here daily throughout the project and did amazing work all the way to the finishing touches. It’s really hard to find good contractors who care, are honest and gets the job done right! I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and my overall experience while working with them! Thanks to Ceasar, Hellem and Thales for improving our home for my family to enjoy for years to come :)

    Home addition

    We used Appena Properties to build an addition onto our home. We are extremely happy with the finished project. Ceasar and Hellem were fantastic to work with and very professional. Very easy to communicate with and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Their expertise was invaluable as the project was being built. They were on top of everything to make sure each step went the way it needed to. Their subcontractors did amazing work as well. We highly recommend them and will use them again if any projects come up in the future.

    Paint and finish carpentry

    I have known Caesar for almost 20 years and he has done several jobs on my house from being a newly built home and he and his crew painted the outside and inside of my house as well as finish carpentry. He is very conscientious and double checks everything to make sure it is as close to perfect. He is very competitively priced and his work is very professional. I would highly recommend him.     clean up previous contractor's messy and complete a partially built house

    I had problem with my previous contractor. Cesar was nice enough to pick up the messy from the previous contractor. He was efficiency, fair and professional. Building inspectors were happy with his work, so am I. My project was not a small one, it was over million dollars. Thanks for his help
