    Considered for Vinyl Flooring

    Sal and Johnny were a great team for my Luxury Vinyl Planck flooring installation.

    Prior to interviewing Sal for a quote, I had spoke to three other Contractors. Sal is friendly, professional, with a positive attitude. He suggested a Planck, but the color was not right for me. However, I chose another style that would have easily cost additional to install as the Planck was smaller in length and size. Sal did not charge me an additional install fee. At no time did I feel pressured; I was assured of a timely install date and he delivered. Our phone conversations and texts were cordial and on point.

    Johnny arrived at 7:30a.m. to begin the tear-out, and he did not squander his time preparing for the job. Initially, Johnny brought over a sample Planck as Sal wanted me to see if I would consider. I talked it over with Johnny, and he listened as if he were taking notes in his mind. I believe he knew that I did not like the Planck, so is gentle persuasion was in the way of asking me questions! Without a doubt, I love my Luxury Vinyl Planck flooring, and it was installed in one day.

    The only hiccup was the transitional pieces required additional Nail Glue, which Johnny took care of.

    All things considered, I had a pleasant and professional project experience with Appius Construction. I hope to hire the team for a future project.
