    Poor customer service

    I would not recommend this company to my enemy. Very poor customer service with a equally antagonistic "president", Myron Applebaum. From my fist phone call to the receptionist to finally speaking with the plumber ... I am in desperate need for a plumber ... but not desperate enough to use them.

    Complete ripoff. They gave me a bid on repairing my plumbing at my house and charged me $450. Told me I had to pay upfront, this money would cover the plumbing permit and the 2 inspections. Other plumbing companies also gave me their bids for free and i chose another company to do the work since the price was much better. Won't refund my money even though they didn't do any work! I've asked why they won't give me my money back and Sanford told me that this money was supposed to cover anybody else's plumbing work that has been done...complete nonsense since there was no work done and thats why I've called them in the first place, to come and fix what needed to be fixed. Now that I've said this, Sanford went on and made up another reason why they won't refund my money. The second reason he gave me was that this is their flat rate to just come out and inspect my house so that they could give me a bid....What happened to initial statement that this money was covering the permit and inspections??? Another lie. Lie after lie and they took my money...we didn't sign any paperwork at all, at least I've got a receipt that I've paid the $450. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Save your money and choose a more reputable company.
