Aaron Applegate quoted 3 weeks to replace our roof - It took him 8 weeks. That was after he ruined the inside of our cabin by not covering the roof after removing our original roof and leaving for the weekend, 1" of rain later our hardwood floors were ruined & we are still dealing with extensive interior water damage 9 months later. Oh, and it gets worse....He installed the metal roof without putting down the underlayment that is required and was part of the contract which he lied about to my face. After reviewing the contract and talking with the contractor that recommended him.... I had him remove the metal (section by section), put down the underlayment and text me a picture before re-installing the metal. These are just the major things he did wrong. After 3 months of not being able to use our cabin we told Aaron his services were no longer required. 9 months later after the insurance claim has been resolved we have finally found what we think is a reliable contractor to fix the interior damage Applegate Constructions negligence caused. I highly recommend you NOT hire Aaron Applegate for any work at all.
