Applehardt put a substantial addition on to my beach house. Dave Newhardt drew up a sketch that was perfectly tailored to our needs in very creative ways. We had an architect draw up plans based on his sketch. Applehardt then did the building from obtaining the permits through all of the inspections. The work was prompt and thorough. Dave communicated with us through out the process and worked with us on the inevitable bumps we encountered. The workmanship is impeccable and the site was remarkably clean. I cannot think of how we could have had a better experience.
