Never seen a company so full of people with awful attitudes, from the service person to the billing department. Buyer beware - there's a good reason this company has an "F" rating currently with the Better Business Bureau.

This company is very unprofessional . They came to my home to fix something ,and the service man said he had no knowledge of what he was working on after an argument with his boss ( the owner ) on the phone . I was cursed at and left with the same problem I called to be fixed . Also had to pay for a diagnosis of a problem I helped figure out myself .
