    I met Graciela and Curtis through my realtor, and they did an AMAZING job on my new house, with renovations from top to bottom, inside and out. I couldn't have wished for a better contractor than Graciela. She was so knowledgeable and efficient, and kept me updated and informed every step of the way. She even handled for me an unpleasant encounter with my new neighbours who (long story short) fleeced me for $2,000 to access their garden to have siding installed on my back wall. Incidentally, one of those neighbours is Izak, author of the only 1-star review for Applied Urban Solutions, who didn't even hire them, but took it upon himself to try to trash their reputation. I would highly recommend Applied Urban Solutions to anyone looking to renovate their home.

    It was very easy to work with them. We are out of town investors, and they were able to design, approve and build our home rental unit. They kept us in the loop with periodic status reports, which included tons of photos so we, and our bank, knew what was going on. Bonus for us is that they now manage the property. Low key, high action!

    Worst project manager we’ve encountered. Failed to manage workers effectively. Caused damage to our property and showed little regard for their actions.

    This guy didn't hire us. He had a tree growing into my client's house, which was also the property line. Also, his yard was graded downwards into my client's house with no drainage. So, there was water intrusion into my client's home from the tree and the ground. He refused to fix these problems. He would only allow access to the area for $1,000 per day for only two days. My client had no choice but to agree so we could fix the issues. We hired an aborist to properly trim the tree, and a land engineer to properly grade the area of concern. We also replaced the rotted fence with a new one. It's completely surprising to me that this review was left here.
