    Repair under slab kitchen water leak

    terrible and unlicensed

    Terrible, unlicensed Palmer's Plumbing dba Ben Franklin Plumbing had its Contractor Licenses #049763, #049764, and #256668 REVOKED in 2013 after they went INACTIVE in 2012. We contacted the BBB on 10/18/2014 with this information but the BBB did nothing.
    We have now filed a formal a formal BBB Complaint #1045012 about this unlicensed, bad, and dangerous contractor (Robert Freund) for:
    1. not getting proper building permits,
    2. failing to use new plumbing parts,
    3. failing to meet building codes,
    4. failing to repair holes in the wall,
    5. failing to fix a leaky sprinkler fixture,
    6. installing a dented water heater,
    7. burning the garage cabinet while installing the water heater,
    8. failure to complete contract,
    9. intentional property damages, and
    10. operating without a valid contractor's license.

    We have demanded that the BBB get a refund $4,313.82. We have demanded that the BBB remove the A+ grade and change it to an F grade
    NOTE: Don't believe BBB grades! Call your HOAs in order to properly research contractor's performances.
    SPECIAL NOTE: Both PORA and SCHOA stopped recommending all of Robert Freund's contractor businesses (Palmer's dba Ben Franklin Plumbing and Palmer's Kitchen, Bath, & Beyond) years ago due to excessive poor workmanship complaints.
