We had 2 contracts with APS Enterprises - raze existing 1962 ranch and 1700 sf addition. The project went 100% over on completion date and 50% over budget. Ultimately the primary suite shower was redone 3 times without fixing the slope/drain in the shower and leaving the the marble pebble floor installed incorrectly, the windows were installed incorrectly and cannot be opened, the picture window in front room blocked in and double hung window hung in its place, the foundation was not reinforced for the new addition leaving us to hire contractor to install $25K of reinforcing rods to stabilize garage floor and the primary bath plan for soaking tub and toilet area were not constructed per plans. This contractor used Pez plumbing to replace plumbing throughout older section of house and the new addition. This pipe was not covered with the required housing that was discovered when installing kitchen cabinets sprung a leak that flooded the kitchen and required the drywall tear out to install the proper housing over the pipes. In addition, these pipes should NOT be exposed to sunlight as they are a known cancer hazard - yet this pipe was used on exterior for the hot water heater and the foam "insulation" has eroded exposing the pipe to sunlight and our family to cancer. We had to hire other contractors to fix these and other issues at our own expense in excess of $60K
