Please don't use this company. Had roof installed 7 months ago, come to find out they did not use the plywood I paid for. Roof buckle and outdoor debris from coming in.

Claudia is responsive. I had a couple of issues with my roof, and she took care of them. Her first subcontractor did a mediocre job, and I had to have her come back to resolve some issues. But she took care of them quickly.

    Roof repair
    $500

Do not do business with this company! I had some leaks coming through several roof vents and the roofer told me that the problem was the seal around the vents. I told him I thought it was the vents and wanted to show him where it was coming through the roof, but he would not look at it. Well I paid them to do what they said needed to be done and during the next rain, leaks were coming through all the same spots. They did not fix anything! Hearing horror stories about contracting companies, I put a stop check in. That was the first time I ever had done that in my life. Then the owner and company called me repeatedly during work. They said they would come out to make things right. I showed them where the leaks were still coming from and then they tried to put the blame on me for telling them the wrong things to repair. I told them I would pay part of what was agreed on for the prior work and they agreed to give me a quote based on the work that still needed to be done. Well they lied right to my face to get some money and never intended on doing the job properly. I should have withheld payment and counted some of that work toward the new quote. The owner would never answer my calls or texts anymore and when I called the office, they would either not answer or said they’d take a message and I’d never get a call back. It’s been over 1 ½ months now so I know I was cheated. It’s people like this who give contractors a bad name. They didn’t care about my home being ruined from leaks and didn’t want to do the job properly. BEWARE!

Response from Aq Contracting LLC May 1, 2020
It took me a while to respond since we are working about 90hrs a week and most of my business are referrals and we prefer it that way. Now I decided to do more SEO leads since we are in coronavirus and my crew needs little bit of help on work. When I went to his house with my technician (my technician that has been doing roofs for the last 14 years and he works on commercial roofs and residentials too, and on the Naval bases). We saw the issue, It was an storm coming, we suggest to replace the pipes instead of caulking them like he wanted it because of price. Since we told him if we did that was not going to be a warrantee, because it was a chance to leak again, but I made the mistake to let him convinced us to caulking them instead of replacing them. I felt empathy since I was a ex-Navy spouse and I truly appreciated the service that military personnel does for this country. From that moment on I told my technicians to walk away from projects were homeowners are looking for the cheapest solutions without looking for the consequences
