I've used other companies over the years and so far Aqua Bright is the only one that consistently provides great service. I don't have trouble getting ahold of them if I have a question, which I really appreciate. I'm going on 7 years with them, keep up the good work!

This company has deleted my Google review so I am posting on BuildZoom to give potential customers a heads up!! Beware!!
"I am so disappointed in Aqua Bright that I feel inclined to post a review to warn others, especially after reading a few of the recent ones that expressed similar complaints. James was great in analyzing our problems. We changed over to this company because the prior vendor did not know how to service a fiberglass pool/spa and had created some costly problems. So we agreed to pay more than double what we had been ($172/month) in order to get our spa (10-person inground) serviced weekly. Understand, this is a SPA not a pool and takes about 5 minutes to brush sides and vacuum, and there are no trees in our backyard or yards of neighbors. Problem is, Aqua Bright never told us that the tech would be using their own equipment, and we NEVER saw the tech bring their own equipment. So we left the pole, hose and vacuum head sitting next to the spa for easy access by the tech. Unfortunately, the sun damaged the hose and when I noticed this, I wondered how the tech had been cleaning our spa. It started to make sense as there had been several times when we noticed our spa had dirt in it but were thinking maybe it had been windy/stormy the day/night before we happened to see this. So I then checked immediately after the tech did the next service and saw that the spa was not clean at all. When I challenged Aqua Bright, I was told by the office (via email) that the tech (Nick) "utilizes his own battery powered vacuum because he saw that the hose on yours was damaged." So why did the company lie to me and tell me that all techs are issued their own equipment to use and do not use customer equipment? Because evidently, Nick only supposedly began using their equipment AFTER he noticed that my hose was damaged! And only AFTER I complained about dirt and debris in the spa and how I noticed that our hose was damaged did they even tell me the tech was supposedly using his own equipment. And following the next visit, we received an estimate for a new filter. Only after 9+ months of service and my complaint did they bother to check the filter! This should have been done regularly, and this should have been addressed months ago as often you can hose the filter to clean it between replacements. We don't keep track of when a filter is cleaned/changed and expect that a service provider would keep an eye on that. See photos and consider if you would want a company to neglect your pool this way!! And yes, as another recent review suggests, the office is great at making excuses. The only silver lining is that we found an honest vendor to provide service from now on." Unfortunately, the new vendor has told us we will need to drain the spa next week so he can start all over with chemical balance because the level was so far off!!

As a side note, the owner did respond to my Google review with more excuses and when I edited my original post to include more detail and photos, he deleted the entire string!!! That should tell you all you need to know about a company!
