My first experience with Aqua was positive all up until a week ago. I have them scheduled to do a job starting this week and I received a text message from Donovan saying all jobs have been cancelled by Ivan. I have been calling Donovan and Ivan's son Thomas and I sent text messages requesting an explanation and I cannot even get one courtesy phone call in return which makes me wonder what really happened? If anyone else has had this most unusual recent experience please advise. Thank you
