My experience with Aaron and his colleague was nothing short of a nightmare. We hired them to address ongoing leaks into our home, specifically focusing on patching the corners of our balcony. However, the work performed was not only shoddy but also incredibly costly and time-consuming to rectify.
Aaron recommended how to patch the leaks, but his suggestion lacked expertise and knowledge. He referred his colleague to carry out the work, but unfortunately, the repairs were ineffective, exacerbating the issue further.
Despite paying a significant sum of money for their services, the workmanship was subpar. The colleague tasked with patching the corners of our balcony clearly lacked the necessary knowledge and competence to do the job correctly. As a result, we soon found ourselves dealing with multiple leaks throughout our home, including in the kitchen and garage.
The aftermath of their incompetence has been devastating. Not only did we have to endure the inconvenience of dealing with extensive water damage, but the repairs also cost us several thousand dollars and weeks of upheaval. It's infuriating to think that we trusted these individuals to solve our problem, only to be left in a worse situation than before.
Furthermore, the lack of accountability and customer service from Aaron and his colleague is appalling. Despite our attempts to reach out to them to rectify the issue, we have received no reply. In fact, when we attempted to follow up, we discovered that we had been blocked from contacting them altogether. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction only adds insult to injury and speaks volumes about their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. It's clear that their priority lies solely in collecting payment rather than delivering quality service or addressing customer concerns. Avoid this company at all costs.
