Contractor abandoned the job despite being paid nearly 100% of the contract amount. The work that was done was not done to industry standards and not as outlined in the contract and as a result has created a pool leak.
He refused to make any necessary repairs only making excuses. An AZ ROC complaint was submitted and the inspector issued a written directive after the site inspection. Marc continued to lie saying he intended to comply but never did the repair work resulting in the ROC issuing 4 citations for violating Arizona Revised Statutes.
Marc said a permit was not required for the pool remodel when in fact a permit was needed and he did not obtain one. Based on his dishonesty that was revealed during the ROC complaint and his failure to abide by the Arizona Revised Statutes , it was determined the reason he lied about a permit being needed was because it would require regular inspections that would prove he did not build the pool as per the contract and it would reveal his shoddy construction that was not done to code.
His willful negligence violated safety regulations and he has put people’s lives at risk all for his financial benefit
