They installed my semi in-ground pool…they put the filter wherever they wanted which is in the middle of the years. When we noticed a leak in the light, we called to have it fixed and every time we were told someone would be out to fix it they never came. Stay far away from this company if you want the job done right

Horrible unprofessional company. The owner Josh who keeps telling me he’s going to send someone to come and fix the leaks on my brand new install which I had to call a professional to come fix because he won’t return my calls. Also the girl Jana in the office who doesn’t take a message and tells me to call her in the morning so she won’t forget about me. Also may have a possible leak in the liner which we are in the process of figuring out which I hope not because good luck getting them to get back to you to fix it. DO NOT use this company if you want professional work!

I was recommended to use this company by Jim a salesman at Brothers 3. They did not disappoint. They put in 12 hours of service plus another day to make the job perfect. I recommend having Jake on scene for all projects. He is the most professional and friendly man I have ever done business with. It’s a lot of stress going into a pool installation and Jake made it very easy. Answered all questions and busted his butt getting the job done to perfection. He treated my family like he would of treated his own. Definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed.

I HAD A SEMI IN GROUND POOL DONE BY JOSH COMPANY IN EARLY MARCH, MY ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DATE WAS NOVEMBER 28TH BECAUSE OF THE RAIN THAT DAY I WAS TOLD THEY'RE CLOSING UP FOR WINTER SO I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT SPRING TIME. THEY CAME EARLY MARCH EVEN THOU I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHAT DATE I WAS SCHEDULE THEY IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULE THE NEXT DAY SO UNPROFESSIONAL LEFT WITH NO TIME TO PREPARE FOR THEM DOING THE WORK THE NEXT DAY. WHAT I PAID FOR WAS A DUMPSTER AS WELL AS TO INSTALLING THE POOL BUT THEY TALK ME OUT OF DUMPSTER INSTEAD WOULD DUMP THE DIRT ON MY LAWN TO CUT COST, IT COST ME $800 TO HAVE A LANDSCAPE TO TOP SOIL AND PLANT GRASS SEEDS TO GET MY YARD BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS. I MENTIONED TO JOSH THAT I NEED A WATER FOUNTAIN IN FUTURE BUT JOSH TOOK IT ON HIMSELF AND INSTALLED IT THEN TELLING ME AFTER THE FACT WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL COST TO ME OF $500 PLUS HE CHARGE ME $250 EXTRA FOR THE PIPING FOR THE FILTER WHICH YOU WOULD THINK IT'S ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE INSTALLING PRICE ALSO MY POOL SHOULD BE 5FT FROM MY FENCE LINE IT'S 4 1\2FT WHICH COULD BE A PROBLE WITH MY PERMIT WITH THE TOWN OF HEMSPTEAD. I'M WAITING PATIENTLY TO GET THIS RESOLVE AND YOU CAN GET YOUR $500 YOU THINK I OWE YOU FOR A JOB YOU DID NOT CONSULT ME BEFORE.

Josh is a clown the company is horrible we had a very bad experience with him the pool was installed crooked had to be reinstalled if you see this company showing up to your home run from them

I got my semi inground pool installed August 2020. From the office to the crew everyone including the owner Josh was very professional and helpful putting me at ease while the project was taking place during a world wide pandemic. I highly recommend AquaFiber Pools to anyone.

Josh charged us to remove dirt after installing our semi-unground pool. After pool was installed the yard was a mess with several inches of additional dirt that should have been removed. The patio installer needed to rent a dumpster to remove the dirt that should have been removed by the installers. That is the least of my problem. Pool was installed in early December and we noticed it leaked where the light was installed. After several calls we finally got Josh to return to fix the problem. We once again filled the pool and noticed by early January that it once again was leaking. I began to call Josh in early January with him assuring me that he would be over to look at it within a few days. Well we are now in April and nothing can be done with the shut down due to Covid-19. After spending a fortune on my yard I will not be able to enjoy our pool. Take my advice and seek another installer. I have expressed my disappointment to Brothers 3.

Now 3 years later my liner had to be replaced. Josh never installed and foam between the pool walls and the liner my liner ripped another $1000 he cost me. Run don't walk from this company.

Ahhh where to begin. After ripping out my fence to get a full size back hoe in my yard. Left my yard in nothing but dirt and mud because they broke a sprinkler line. To put my yard and sprinkles back in working order it cost $3000 would never recommend Josh to anyone. By the way. My fence still isn't put back right

They did very good job 4 guys came here installed very professional and when they left , you would never think you had any work done cleane up nice made sure my new pool was ok leveled no problem , if I had to rate them out of ten , being the best that's what I would give them . Highly recommend to any one. Great job guys thanks for everything
