Thief!!! Took $20000 for a down payment to build me a pool 14 months ago. Since then I am getting just empty promises and excuses, that he is starting the pool. Tomorrow I am filing complaints in all the courts. If anyone is interested in joining me I would be glad to hear from you. I have tons of evidences how he is miss leading me. My name is Mike. Took my deposit of $3,800 almost a year ago to redo concrete around pool. He was to begin in April of 2022 but after one excuse after another work was never done. Now a year later after many phone calls and promises from William Spaletta to refund my money I still have not received my deposit. Do not do business with this guy.

-10 review. Gave this guy $1300 deposit on new safety cover 17 months ago. He never came back. Texted multiple times during that time with promises of temporary solutions and clean up etc. Nothing. I asked for my money back several times, even putting it in writing twice. Nothing…..does not even answer anymore.
Bragged about how much money he makes how he makes that in one hour. (Wonder if the IRS knows this?). But as many requests as I made he still has not come through with my refund. Or anything!!! THEIF THEIF THEIF.

Beware this guy bill is a thief !! He will charge you up front for the whole summer pool service and will not show up to service your pool and he will never answer his phone. He’s a thief that should be in jail.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BILL SPALLETTA TO ANYONE. WHEN HE OPENED MY SPA, HE NOTICE THAT ONE OF THE JETS WAS CRACKED, BECAUSE HE FORGET TO PUT ANTI-FREEZE IN THE LINES. TOLD ME HE HAD TO ORDER THE PART, WHEN HE RECEIVED THE PART, WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL THE PART. NEVER CAME TO COMPLETE THE JOB, CALLED AND TEX HIM NUMEROUS TIMES BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. BAD, BAD, BUSINESS MAN, DON'T USE HIM YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY YOU DID.

Owner Billy took a $835 deposit to fix hot tub and never returned phone calls or did any work. Turned him into Ocean County consumer affairs. Still waiting for outcome as Billy finally realized he needed a lawyer to try and get out of his lies.

Been using Aquapro for 6 years the last snow storm my cover fell in I called and they came out rite away they were able to get me a new cover in 7 days the service was great I have 3 children and was worried about them falling in I did not have the money to pay in full Bill alowed me to make payments will continue to use them and highly recommend using them thanks Bill you guys are great.

Contracted with Aqua Pro Pool & Spa LLC in April to replace liner and one third of the concrete sidewalk with a deposit of 50% and a start time of about two weeks. The job didn't start until July and the sidewalk I had to finish myself in order to cover my pool with an out of pocket cost of $4000. I won my case in smalls court, now to collect my judgement against Aqua Pro.

Don't expect your delivery/installation until 6 months after you start court proceedings, 1 year and 7 months after you pay him, and be prepared to be blamed and yelled at for no reason. These aren't the only people with this experience here in these reviews. I have heard of others as well. Now, the pool is not fully covered at both ends because it isn't long enough, and there is an extra bracket hole in my cement. (Re. Bill Spaletta)

These guys were great!!! Will highly recommend them had a complete renovation done on my pool they showed up on time and had the job done in 2 days.

These people are crooks!!! Took $18,000.00 deposit for an inground pool in February and as of July 2013 still no pool or return of our deposit money
