This experience with Aqua Splash Plastering was disappointing at best. The lack of common courtesy, respect, and ability to follow through is clearly an issue with Javier Caraveo Ledesma. I regret not stopping this project after twenty thousand gallons of water drained around my house, my front yard and all the way down our street due to the hoses pieced together to drain our pool having large holes in them. That was only the first of many issues that we have had. He has left us hanging for four months to have the issues he promised to fix resolved. We paid Javier in good faith, but that was a mistake. I am not petty, I understand things happen, but this is not good business. I guess it will be up to a judge to decide now.

Hired Javier to install a pool heater. Two days before he was supposed to start work, he told me his plumber took the money and was arrested. He told me he'd repay me in full in three days. That never happened. We made a complaint against him with the Arizona contractors board, and subsequently had to attend a hearing where he chose not to attend. AZ Contractor board suspended his license for a brief period of time. The only way to recover any money was to file in small claims. When he found out we were going to do that, he reached out to ask if he could repay in installments. We sent him a contract with terms. A portion of the money has been repaid, but it has not been repaid in full nearly a year later.
