Overall good but will take shortcuts and not take necessary safety measures to ensure their employees work in a safe situation. Company very rarely will use shoring in holes and trenches 7 ft or more deep (sometimes have seen 15 ft deep) with no shoring and a mix of sand, gravel and clay layers throughout trench. Will penny pinch just to make sure the job is done fast versus right. Otherwise very good and knowledgeable plumbers and the service department is amazing and Johnny on the spot they will have their employees pull 24 hour shifts just to get the job done.
