AWFUL company, go look at their BBB profile and all the complaints around billing. This company bills in the most unethical manner I have ever witnessed and countless of their customers and employees have complained but they continue to steal money from customers. Very unethical and will Nickle and Dime you for everything. They are constantly sneaking in additional charges for services I have not requested and charge me without discussion or authorization. They have committed that it won't happen again over half a dozen times and it continues to happen. Overpriced and highly deceiving and unethical. They will do things like send an email blast to all of their customers saying we are going to add this XYZ unnecessary item to your pool, e-mail us back if you DON’T want us to do it. Otherwise, they just go ahead and do it and bill you, knowing that most of their customers don’t read every incoming email regarding reoccurring services. They have tried to sneak in charges to my bill over a half a dozen times in the last 2 years. Every 3 months the billing staff turns over, and they complain that management doesn’t listen to them and won’t change their predatory and unethical billing practices. No wonder they can’t hold on to employees. And a whole new level of low and lack of ethics; after I put a very short, truthful, and simple review of what I have experienced with their billing practices, they called me over and over during my work day saying they urgently needed to speak with me. I stopped what I was doing to call them, and they called me because they were mad at my honest review, and threatened to stop servicing my pool if I didn’t take it down (they prefer customers don’t know how they ACTUALLY operate, if people actually start looking at their bills and credit card statement this company would lose 40% of their illegitimate revenue overnight)…. . SO obviously time for a new company, I have never experienced such an unethical company in my entire life. I highly recommend you chose any other company..
