  Do not go with this "company" or Joseph Peter Mattiace for any job. Fencing or otherwise. Joseph is a scammer. You can look up the documents on Volusia County Clerk of Court and Lake County Clerk of Court to view all of the lawsuits he has had against him when it comes to his fencing. He is not and was never licensed nor insured to be doing any of these jobs. On one particular job Joseph took over $3,000 from a client and then went on a vacation with his wife the next day with said money. He will threaten to slander you and any business you may have. He also loves to threaten to sue people. He tries to be intimidating but deep down he's just a scammer.

  Paid for installation of electrobraid fence for 4 pastures. The owner Joe ensured me that he knew how to install this fence he sent wood fence installation crew and they did horrible job and not even complete. This was in January and it's now August and my fence is not finished plus he came back and took the two brand new solar chargers saying he needed to work on them since they didn't work. They didn't work because the fence was not properly installed or insulated so it grounded out. Horrible contractor. So now I have to file in court to get my 5K back and have the fence redone!

  I found this company on Craigs List and got taken. Beware when the price seems to good to be true. Once he got my money things all changed. I didn't want him to do one of the lines that had trees because it was going to be an extra $10.00 a hole if he hit roots. Now how was I suppose to know how many holes had roots, I'm leaving town. Joe didn't like that, I told him if you hit a root stop I didn't want to pay any extra. All I wanted to pay was his $1.10 a ft that he quoted. I also see on Craigs list someone he did put the fence up for said "you all to be ashamed of the job you did I should post pictures".

  I hired Aquarius to install 2,000 feet of 3 board. Joe (owner) and his 3 man crew showed up on a Monday, I paid him 500.00 up front in cash. Joe knew I was only in town fo 2 days and I wanted him to do 1 line 440' complete. I supplied all materials, Joe had 1 man digging holes and 2 men stringing post all over my 5 acres. The mid afternoon shower came that lasted 15 min. and they pulled out. The next morning Joe sent the same 3 men, they started stringing more post out. I told them that I wanted to see the 1 side complete not more post laying in the grass. They called Joe, Joe called me and started using 4 letter words and hung up on me. With that I told his crew to leave. Joe will not return my calls and is a very dishonest person.
