We spent almost $10,000 on a basement renovation. We've had several issues that required the plumbers to return; leaking sewer gas in two different places, defective part. One of the problems we feel caused issues was that the supervisor did not come back to check on completed work. We had a leak over the 2015 Labor Day weekend and even though the Company Facebook page says "Open Always" (if this has been removed I have a picture) we were not able to reach anyone.(I turned the water off at the house) I left voicemails and a text. We have, as they know, a 72 yr old woman and 85 yr old man living in that area. We waited with no return calls for 2 days so finally had to call another plumbing company. They came out on Labor Day Monday, did not charge double and fixed the leak which was right over brand new cabinets. A defective part installed by this company was replaced by this company but when I asked for the money I spent on the other plumber because I couldn't reach them and no call back I have never even received a response to my emails. Buyer beware.
