I strongly advise against using Aquatic Design Pools. Our experience with them was frustrating from start to finish, and the quality of their work was extremely poor.
We hired them to renovate our pool, but the final result was disappointing. Despite agreeing to replace our pool light, they were resistant to making it right and ultimately chose not to do it at all. The bottom of the pool is discolored and excessively rough, causing cuts on our feet.
Additionally, the expensive equipment they installed has been unreliable—the sand filter burst within a year and remains unusable, with no assistance from them in resolving the issue.
Customer service has been equally frustrating. They are difficult to reach, unresponsive, and getting a technician out has been nearly impossible. At this point, our pool is not even usable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
